Dried Fruits

Fruits that have been preserved by eliminating the majority of their water content through drying processes like sun-drying, dehydration, or oven-drying are known as dried fruits. Raisins, apricots, figs, dates, prunes, and cranberries are examples of typical dry fruit varieties. Because of their potent flavour and concentrated sweetness, dry fruits are a favourite snack and component in food preparation. They are a healthy substitute for processed snacks because they are also high in fibre, vitamins, and minerals. Because they are readily available all year and have a long shelf life, dried fruits are a practical and adaptable supplement to any diet.
